We Ship SAME-DAY As Purchase

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We understand how important it is for you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible.  That is why all items shown on our website are IN STOCK and ready for immediate shipment.

Processing Time:

Every purchase is shipped SAME DAY as purchase, during business hours, if ordered by 2:00 pm Pacific Time.  This includes Limoges boxes that are personalized - so there is no delay in shipping your item.

Shipping Method:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options that are most convenient to you, no matter where you live.  You can select from the following shipping methods:

-  USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery within United States)

-  FedEx with various shipping options, including home delivery (3-4 day), Two-Day or Overnight delivery

Shipments outside the United States are sent via your choice of USPS Priority International Mail or FedEx.  Insurance is included.

 

Once we ship your package via your shipping method choice, we have no control over its delivery.  If there is any delay with delivery of your package, you can contact USPS or FedEx and provide them with your tracking number for more detail on delivery.

 

Damage:

We fully examine every Limoges box before it is prepared for shipment.  Each Limoges box is carefully packaged to arrive in pristine condition. Every package we send is fully insured against loss or damage. 

In the event that you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can begin the insurance process.  We require photos of the damaged item as well as a photo of the shipping box to provide to our insurance as proof.  The insurance process normally takes just a few days.  Once we receive approval from the insurance company, we can send you a replacement, if you have requested one (if available) or your entire purchase price will be refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We make every effort to please you and make your shopping experience easy by offering the top-of-the-line French Limoges boxes that are 100% guaranteed to be authentic and as described.  But if the item you have purchased does not suit you, we offer to exchange the item or refund any unsatisfactory item by pre-authorization. For receiving pre-authorization by phone or email, please call at 877-259-0111 or Email us to initiate your exchange/return.

All stock items, excluding special orders and personalized Limoges boxes, can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Upon receiving pre-authorization approval, merchandise must be returned within 7 days, with original invoice and presentation box and material, in the original, undamaged condition. We will replace the item, if replacement is available. Otherwise, we will refund the full amount of purchase price (excluding shipping charges).  Any item returned after 7 days of purchase (for up to 30 days) will be given a credit only.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted without pre-authorization or after 30 days of purchase.
