We ship same-day to get your Limoges box purchases to you as quickly as possible. Place your order by 2:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and we’ll ship it that same day. Even personalized Limoges boxes go out the door right away.
Our regular shipping option is USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2–3 business days) or FedEx Home Delivery (estimated 3–7 business days). Need your Limoges box order sooner? Choose a FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight option at checkout for faster delivery.
Returns & Exchanges – Limoges Boxes
Your satisfaction is our goal. If the Limoges box you purchased does not suit you, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please email us to request pre-authorization for any return or exchange.
l All stock Limoges boxes are eligible, except special orders and personalized pieces.
l If the item you return is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
l Items received after 7 days and up to 30 days qualify for store credit only.
l We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
