Shipping & Returns


All items shown on our website are IN STOCK. Every purchase is shipped SAME DAY as purchase, during business hours, if ordered by 3:00 pm pacific time. You can select USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery within US) or FedEx with various shipping options (including overnight shipping). Insurance is included in the shipping amount. Shipments outside the United States are sent via your choice of USPS Priority International Mail or FedEx. Insurance is included.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) to arrange for an insurance claim/refund.  We require an email stating that the item arrived damaged as well as a photo of the damaged item.  Any damaged item will be fully refunded (including shipping charges paid).  


Returns & Exchanges

All Limoges boxes are fully guaranteed to be authentic and as described. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, we offer to exchange the item or refund any unsatisfactory item by pre-authorization. Please contact us by phone 877-259-0111 to obtain a pre-authorization. All stock items, excluding special orders and personalized Limoges boxes, can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Upon receiving pre-authorization approval, merchandise must be returned within 7 days, with original invoice and presentation box and material, in the original, undamaged condition. We will replace the item, if replacement is available. Otherwise, we will refund the full amount of purchase price (excluding shipping charges).  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Any item returned after 7 days of purchase (for up to 30 days) will be given a credit only.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
