Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, the first step is to contact us for pre-authorization. This ensures that we can process your request quickly and efficiently. Simply email us at info@limogescollector.com  with your order details and let us know whether you would like a return or an exchange. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide confirmation along with clear instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you are responsible for return insured shipping cost.

We proudly accept returns and exchanges on all stock items within 30 days of delivery. This gives you ample time to inspect your Limoges box and ensure it meets your expectations. Please note that pre-authorization is required before sending any item back to us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

    ✔️  The Limoges box must be in its original, unused condition.

    ✔️  It must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials.

    ✔️  The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

    ✔️  The item must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving return authorization.

We take great care in packaging our products, and we ask that you do the same when returning an item. Proper packaging helps ensure that the piece arrives safely and remains in resalable condition.

Exclusions

While we aim to be as flexible as possible, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:

    ❌  Personalized or custom Limoges boxes

These pieces are uniquely created or sourced specifically for you, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request promptly. If you requested an exchange and the replacement item is available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

If a replacement is not available, or if you requested a refund, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Important Timeframe

All returns and exchanges must be initiated and completed within 30 days of the original delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe. We encourage you to inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives so that any concerns can be addressed promptly.
