Inside the lid and the base are two floral paintings. The collectible Limoges box is adorned with intricate hand-fitted metalwork around the opening as well as the base with a very ornate clasp. Crafted of fine French porcelain and hand-painted by artisans in Limoges, France. Marked at the base with the insignia of the artist.
