Artfully hand-painted with pink hydrangeas in the front and the reverse with 24K Gold trim. The envelope opens with a very fine and ornate hand-fitted metalwork and a double interlocking hearts clasp. The greeting card inside is painted with a matching flower. Crafted of fine French porcelain and hand-painted by master artisans in Limoges, France. The insignia of the artist is at the base.
