This very charming and highly-detailed Limoges box represents a LIGHTHOUSE on the rocky cliffs. Depicting a lightouse in white brick with bold black stripes with the lighthouse keeper going up the steps and a boat anchored in the rear, this collectible Limoges is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with intricate designs in great detail. The Limoges has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors and is adorned with intricate hand-fitted metalwork and an ornate SHIP clasp. Crafted entirely in Limoges, France with the insignia of the artist at the base.
