Noah's Ark with Noah & Animals on Deck Limoges Box (Beauchamp)

This highly detailed Limoges box features NOAH'S ARK with Noah and a variety of animals on deck.   There is a horse, bear, lion, giraffe, elephant, zebra and a turtle on deck, as well as a duck on top of the cabin.  A tiger and a fox and a colorful bird peer out the Ark's windows.  A dolphin and a mallard duck swim alongside.  This outstanding Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with great detail and has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors. The box is complimented with intricate hand-fitted metalwork and an ornate BEAR clasp. This Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist.
