Lady Liberty stands upon a chrome-covered base and holds a tablet with the inscription "JULY IV". Inside is a lit TORCH. Ornate metalwork and an AMERICAN EAGLE clasp complete the Limoges box. Crafted by French artisans in Limoges, France with the insignia of the artist at the base.
