The center compartment has the inscription "Sportif?" (French for "Sports"). This outstanding Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with great detailing and has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors. The collectible Limoges box is adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate clasp. This Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist.
