It's A Perfect Day For A Picnic! This exquisite and highly-detailed Limoges box features a PICNIC BASKET. The exterior of the Limoges is hand-painted to resemble a Wicker Basket. The interior is also magnificently hand-painted; at the top is an image of a bottle of wine, a pitcher and glasses against a backdrop of a sun setting over the lake with greenery on both sides. Inside the base is a detailed painting of a tablecloth, napkin, cheese and meat. Two highly detailed plates with food painting, knives and spoons accompany the Limoges box. This exceptional Limoges box is artfully and colorfully hand-painted with great detail and has been fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors. The collectible Limoges box is adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate clasp. This Limoges porcelain box is meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France and bears the insignia of the artist.
